How many police get to pull over people for going too slow? It’s not “speeding”, so what is it? Slowing? Crawling? Being a general nuisance to regular traffic? Cops never seem to pull over the guy poking along in the fast lane in front of me, darn it. I think there’s an “idiot magnet” in my front bumper.
